ILLUSION: Nothing Is As It Seems closes the next week on January 11. Both exhibitions have been tremendously popular and are great for science enthusiasts of all ages. Come see them now while you still can! And keep your eyes peeled for the next set of exciting exhibitions coming to the Fleet in February.

The Fleet Remembers Vic Engleman

It is with sad hearts that we share the news that past Fleet Board Member and Trustee Emeritus Victor Engleman passed away in early November.

Vic and his wife Louise were involved with the Fleet for many years.  Vic was instrumental in bringing Kid City and the Tinkering Studio to life. He served on and/or chaired many committees, including Strategic Planning, Education & Exhibits, Investment, Trustee Affairs and the Executive Committee.

Vic's service, kindness and generosity to the Fleet continue to be enjoyed daily by the many young scientists and budding tinkerers who visit here. He will be missed, but he is fondly remembered by his extended Fleet family.

Our Mission
The Reuben H. Fleet Science Center is a nonprofit organization that seeks to inspire lifelong learning by furthering the public understanding and enjoyment of science and technology.
