 Celebrating God's Goodness

When God does something good - really good - it's important to celebrate! LifePoint Church is celebrating God's goodness, because God did something really good through SpringHill Day Camp! SpringHill Day Camp At LifePoint started as what seemed like an impossible dream in my heart a few years ago. SpringHill does Day Camp with mostly really large churches - churches over 1,000 in regular attendance. I knew the cost of camp and getting enough kids to come to camp would be prohibitive. So prohibitive, I ignored the dream for a few years. Then last summer, God nudged me enough that I decided, "What's the worst they can say? NO? " So I began setting up meetings with SpringHill Camp. Starting a second worship service at another location is one of the most effective ways of reaching people for Christ. Churches are finding that it is a fantastic and affordable way to expand their ministry and the Kingdom. Jim Griffith is experienced in coaching pastors and churches in going multi-site.
Jim will provide orientation to launching a second campus, help you understand some of the aspects involved in multi-site ministry, and you will receive valuable take aways whether your church goes multi-site or not. Even if multi-site ministry is something you are considering several years in the future, now is a good time to receive basic training. You can even attend just because you are curious about the idea.

Church Planting Workshop 
If you've ever thought about planting a church or simply want to know more about church planting, then the Church Planters Discernment Workshop is for you! While this workshop would be helpful to someone who has already decided to plant, it is especially designed for persons wanting to discern God's guidance about the possibility of planting. It would also be helpful for persons considering serving as a campus pastor of a multi-site. Jim Griffith will be leading the workshop. He has planted five churches and coached hundreds and hundreds of planters. He will capture your attention. Even if you decide God is not leading you to plant or be a campus pastor, you will learn things that will significantly bless your ministry.
