Dear Pastor,

I want to make sure that you are aware of an opportunity for your wife to attend a pastors' wives retreat next month (May 17-19). We may not have her email in our database and she may not even be aware that the event is happening. All of the information about the retreat is on the Indiana Ministries website (www.indianaministries.org) and she will also find the registration form there.

This is a VERY relaxed, fun weekend with a lot of laughter, shopping, eating and sharing together. (Also FREE haircuts by professional stylists!) I hope you will pass this email on to her and encourage her to attend.

The cost is $135 if she registers before April 19th and $150 if it's after the 19th. If you would like me to send a letter to your Treasurer or Board Chair requesting that the church pay for her registration, I would be happy to do that. Please send me the name and email address of the appropriate person.  I highly encourage all churches to cover this expense.
