Being a transition pastor is more than pulpit supply. It is a challenging and rewarding ministry that can help a church move into a new God-given future. While many intentional interims or transition pastors are retired, an increasing number of middle-aged pastors have felt a call to this fulfilling type of ministry.
The work of leading a church in transition and fully preparing it for the new pastor requires experience and training. So, you bring the experience, and Dr. Bill Hoyt will provide the training.

Unexpected Blessing from Brotherhood Mutual and the Midwest Church Group
At the end of 2012 Indiana Ministries was blessed to receive a financial gift of $18,663 from Midwest Church Group and Brotherhood Mutual Insurance! Thirty-six of our churches are currently insured by Brotherhood Mutual Insurance through a Partnership Group Plan set up to benefit Indiana Ministries when claims are below a certain level over a three year period. This is the 12th check Indiana Ministries has received since the plan was first implemented in 1982 reaching almost $66,000. The recent check is by far the largest dividend we have received. A special thank you to our churches that are insured by Brotherhood Mutual. You have helped make this gift possible.
