Cinco De Mayo Lunch Specials!

Crispy Fish Taco $11

Two grilled flour tortillas spread with smoky sweet chipotle dressing with shredded cabbage, cilantro, scallions and panko fried Mahi. Tacos are topped with house made mango salsa of avocado, limejuice, radish and red onion; served with a side of

Spanish rice. Add guacamole $1.50.

 

Chicken Enchiladas $11

Braised and pulled chicken is rolled in freshly toasted corn tortillas with Cotija cheese (mild, melty, white Mexican cheese) & minced onion. Enchiladas are coated with enchilada sauce (guajillo chiles, tomatoes, serrano chilies, garlic, onion), drizzled with sour cream and topped with sweet onion rings, cilantro and more Cotija cheese. Served with a side of Spanish rice.

 

Tostada Salad $11

Sliced blackened chicken, diced tomatoes and red onions, black olives, black beans and shredded romaine on top of a toasted tortilla with melted monterrey cheddar jack cheese. Served with a side of salsa and sour cream.

House-made Southwestern Egg Rolls

 Flour tortillas are stuffed with fire roasted chicken, tomatoes, corn, red peppers, black beans, spinach, Monterey jack cheese, Spanish rice and jalapenos and then deep fried. Served with roasted red pepper remoulade. $8


 

Cinco Layer Dip For Two

 Mexican layered dip of cream cheese, re-fried beans, house salsa and Monterrey jack cheese is baked and topped with sour cream and guacamole. Served with tortilla chips. $10

Beef Burrito

Large flour tortilla is stuffed with shredded marinated steak, refried beans, Monterey jack cheese and seasoned rice. Burrito is baked with Monterey jack cheese on top. Served with a dollop of sour cream and a side of Spanish rice. $15
