National Homebrew Day!
Ale House Homebrew Club will celebrate it by brewing the winning entry for our "IPA: It's (Not) a Pale Ale" challenge. We will be setting up no later than 11am and begin brewing shortly thereafter. Mark your calendars and come join us on the deck of the Gardner Ale House and help brew this excellent ale! The weather forecast says it will be a balmy 57 on Saturday! 
The first two Brews by the Homebrew Club will be on Tap!

Boston-based acoustic group Trusting Fate is bolstered by a genuine passion for creating imaginative, unexpected music. They put their own twist on classic rock covers, inserting signature Americana and bluegrass rhythmic and melodic flavors using mandolin, fiddle and keyboards and combining them with improvisational, bluesy vocal lines and heartfelt, narrative lyrics.

Baked Haddock with Lobster Stuffing $11

Haddock pieces baked in butter, white wine and lemon juice. Topped with lobster seafood-panko breadcrumb stuffing. Served with brown butter smashed red skin potatoes and today's vegetable.

Lobster Roll $13

Nothing but lobster, a little mayo (a little!), white pepper, salt and lemon juice, on a buttered and grilled New England style hot dog bun with green leaf lettuce.

Salmon Burger $11

Grilled salmon burger (salmon, Dijon, shallots, breadcrumbs, parsley, mayo, lemon juice and egg) on a buttered and grilled bun with a light lemony fresh dill cream cheese spread and arugula.

Greek Salad Wrap $9

Herb wrap with house made hummus, Romaine lettuce and greek salad (red onion, tomato, cucumber, kalamata olives, feta and greek dressing).

Stuffed Chicken Dinner $9

Chicken is stuffed with cranberry sage stuffing and topped with house gravy. Served with Ale House brown butter smashed red skin potatoes and today's vegetable.

Quiche, Side Salad & Bread $8

House made quiche of cilantro, tomato and three-cheese blend (provolone, asiago and mozzarella) is served warm with melted

three-cheese blend on top with a side salad and a slice of Ale House brick oven bread.

Cordon Bleu Sandwich $10

Breaded chicken is deep fried and topped with prosciutto and melted Swiss cheese and place on a buttered and grilled hamburger bun with mayo.

Pasta with Meatballs $8

Two Ale House homemade meatballs with Ale House homemade marinara sauce fresh house made spaghetti, linguini or bowtie pasta and a slice of garlic bread.

Chicken & Escarole Stir Fry $11

A sauté of garlic, escarole, grilled chicken, peppers, matchstick carrots and baby corn in butter tossed with tamari sauce and rice noodles. Served with a slice of house made brick oven garlic bread on the side.

 Lobster Cobb Salad $16 

A bed of Romaine is topped with luscious rows of chopped hard boiled eggs, diced avocado, bacon crumbles, diced tomatoes, red onion, diced Swiss cheese and a center row of fresh lobster salad (lemon, mayo, and white pepper). Salad is served

with your choice of dressing.

Craisin Chicken Salad Sandwich $9

Diced chicken is mixed with minced celery, walnuts, craisins, and a little mayo. Salad is served on a buttered and grilled sourdough bun with spinach.

Scallop Sliders $9

Seared sea scallops on two toasted mini slider rolls with lime cilantro aioli, pea tendrils, bacon, and fried onion rings.

Haddock Basket & Fries $9

Fresh haddock chunks breaded and deep fried in 0% trans fat oil. Served with tartar sauce, lemon wedge and hand cut house fries.

Sausage & Banana Pepper Calzone $10

House pizza dough is stuffed with spinach, sliced Italian sausage, banana peppers and three-cheese blend (provolone, asiago and mozzarella). Served with a side of house made marinara sauce.

Mini Meatball Stroganoff Thick Crust Pizza $10

House made thick crust pizza dough is topped with our house made stroganoff sauce with mini meatballs, three-cheese blend (provolone, asiago and mozzarella) sautéed onions and crimini mushrooms and a little swiss cheese.

A layer of New York style cheesecake atop a layer of moist red

velvet cake, frosted with cream cheese frosting and garnished with

red velvet crumbles. $7

 

Rustic Apple Tart

Cortland apples are baked with their skins and nestled in a buttery

almond oatmeal crust with a touch of lemon zest, cinammon,

 and nutmeg. Slightly sweetened and topped with almond

oatmeal crumble. $7

Black raspberry, vanilla or chocolate ice cream with

A berry-filled moist white cake layered with light and fluffy Mascarpone filling. Served with black raspberry ice cream and whipped cream. $6

Warm chocolate cake with a melted chocolate ganache

Gardner Ale House is the only brewpub & restaurant in Worcester County. It is a family style pub and restaurant featuring fresh, bistro style food in an upscale setting. The brewery offers several distinctive, house made brews and continues to develop new recipes.

 

The restaurant distinguishes itself through the use of fresh, unfrozen and unprocessed products. Menu selections are both ordinary and eclectic, but always of a high quality and very interesting. Gardner Ale House is an active member of the community.  We host musical and comedy charity events, special music shows and local art exhibitions and are game for just about any good cause.  We love being in Gardner, the heart of the middle of the north part of Massachusetts!
