Today the Commissioner of the State Department of Environmental Protection, David Cash, is visiting the Ale House to tour our facility just before lunch.  The new state regulation regarding organic waste kicks off this week and the Ale House is in full compliance, has been, for a year!  Watch this video of Rick!

Sandwiches are served with your choice of fruit salad, pasta salad, pub chips, hand cut house fries or for $1 sweet potato fries.

 

Lobster Roll $13

Nothing but lobster, a little mayo (a little!), white pepper, salt and lemon juice, on a buttered and grilled New England style hot dog bun with green leaf lettuce.

Stuffed Chicken Dinner $8

Sliced chicken breast with cranberry sage stuffing, topped with gravy and served with Ale House brown butter smashed red skin potatoes,
today's vegetable.

Crispy Chicken Salad $10

A bed of romaine topped with shredded Monterrey Jack cheese, red onion, diced tomato, and breaded and fried chicken tenders. Served with your choice of dressing.

Corned Beef and Cabbage $9

Locally sourced corned beef with cabbage, red potatoes, pearl onions, and carrots. Served with a slice of house made brick oven bread.

Turkey Burger $9

Grilled new style turkey burger (brown rice, spinach, roasted onion, celery, and dried cherries) is topped with spinach and jalapeno peach chutney and served on a buttered and grilled hamburger bun.

Quiche, Side Salad & Bread $8

House made quiche of stewed tomatoes, Swiss cheese, and dill. Quiche is served warm with a side salad and a slice of Ale House brick oven bread.

Haddock Basket & Fries $9

Fresh haddock chunks are breaded and deep fried in 0% trans fat oil. Served with house made tartar sauce, lemon wedge and hand cut house fries.

Baked Haddock with Lobster Stuffing $11

Haddock pieces topped with lobster-seafood-panko breadcrumb stuffing are baked in butter, white wine and lemon juice. Served with Ale House brown butter smashed red skin potatoes and today's vegetable.

Veggie Calzone $9

House made pizza dough is prepared with oil, garlic, triple blend pizza cheese (provolone, asiago and mozzarella), breaded eggplant, spinach,

tomato, and basil.

BLT Thick Crust Pizza $10

House pizza dough is prepared with a base of mayo and topped with our three cheese blend (provolone, asiago and mozzarella), sliced tomato, and bacon crumbles. Pizza is then cooked and topped with shredded lettuce.

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Fresh rhubarb and strawberries sweetened with a zest of orange in a butter crust topped with oatmeal crumble. $6

 

Turtle Cheesecake

New York style cheesecake with a graham cracker crust and a hidden layer of milk chocolate chips, handmade caramel, and toasted pecans. Cheesecake is also topped with drizzled milk chocolate, caramel and toasted pecans. $6

 

Black Forest Cake

Traditional German cake made with chocolate, buttermilk, a hint of coffee, and cherry liquor layered with cherry compote, whipped cream, and chocolate frosting. Garnished with shaved chocolate. $6

Waffle Sundae

Waffle is warmed and topped with choice of ice cream and topped with chocolate or strawberries, whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. $5

 

Strawberry Shortcake

Strawberries in their own juice with sugar added over a biscuit

Ice Cream Sundae

Black raspberry, vanilla or chocolate ice cream with

chocolate sauce or strawberries, whipped cream

and a maraschino cherry. $4.50

 

Lemon & Mixed Berry Mascarpone Cake

A berry-filled moist white cake layered with light and fluffy Mascarpone filling. Served with blackberry ice cream and whipped cream. $6

 

Chocolate Lava Cake

Warm chocolate cake with a melted chocolate ganache

center. Served with vanilla ice cream and garnished

with whipped cream. $6

 

 

About Gardner Ale House

Gardner Ale House is the only brewpub & restaurant in Worcester County. It is a family style pub and restaurant featuring fresh, bistro style food in an upscale setting. The brewery offers several distinctive, house made brews and continues to develop new recipes.

 

The restaurant distinguishes itself through the use of fresh, unfrozen and unprocessed products. Menu selections are both ordinary and eclectic, but always of a high quality and very interesting.
