Wednesday Prime Rib Night!

10-oz. or 16-oz. slow-cooked, choice rib eye with baked potato, horseradish sauce, sour creamand tonight's vegetable.   10-oz. $12   16-oz. $15

 

 

 

Appetizers

Cheese Board For Two Irish Porter Cheddar, all natural cheddar cheese curds, Brie with jalapeño peach preserves, apple slices, hand sliced pepperoni, crackers and brick oven toast points on a hand crafted GAH cheese board. $14

Tempura Shrimp Six beer & tempura battered shrimp with Thai chili
dipping sauce. $9

Breaded Mozzarella Sticks Served with marinara sauce. $7

 

 

Dinner Entrees

All dinner entrees served with your choice of soup or salad.

 

Chicken Cacciatore Fresh garlic, onions, red peppers, stewed tomatoes, oregano and capers are sautéed then reduced with chicken stock and white wine. Sauté is added to our house marinara with an 8oz lightly floured pan seared & sliced chicken breast tossed with your choice of fresh house made spaghetti, bowties, linguini or regular spaghetti. $17

 

Parmesan Crusted Salmon 8-oz salmon fillet is pan seared and topped with mayonnaise and ritz panko breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese then oven baked. Served with lightly seasoned long grain rice, tonight's vegetable and a lemon wedge. $16

 

Shrimp Caprese Pasta Fresh basil, garlic, diced roma tomatoes, a pinch of crushed red pepper and shrimp, sautéed in butter and olive oil, then tossed with fresh mozzarella and your choice of fresh house made spaghetti, bowties, linguini or regular spaghetti. $16

 

Chicken Parmesan 8oz. chicken breast is lightly floured and coated in seasoned breadcrumbs then pan seared in olive oil with fresh garlic. Chicken is served over your choice of fresh house made spaghetti, bowties, linguini or regular spaghetti tossed with fresh mozzarella and house made pomodoro sauce (tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and basil). Dish is topped with fresh melted mozzarella and garnished with fresh basil and asiago cheese. $17

 

Tenderloin Tips Au Poivre with Wild Mushroom Raviolis Tenderloin tips are seasoned with salt and cracked black pepper and pan seared. Tips are then tossed with wild mushroom raviolis in a sauté of crimini mushrooms and asparagus, then finished with our house made au poivre sauce of brandy, beef demi glace and heavy cream. $20

 

Baked Ziti with Sweet Italian Sausage (Pastiachatti) Ziti is combined with a sauce of sautéed sweet Italian sausage, marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, asiago cheese fresh basil & heavy cream. Dish is then topped with a triple blend of asiago, provolone and mozzarella cheeses. $16

 

Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Sautéed chicken and broccoli tossed with our house made alfredo sauce and served over your choice of fresh house made spaghetti, bowties, linguini or regular spaghetti. $16

 

Scallop Platter - Fried or Broiled   Large sea scallops are breaded, deep-fried and served with hand cut house fries, coleslaw, tartar sauce and a lemon wedge. OR broiled in white wine and lemon then finished with a garlic herb butter and served with lightly seasoned long grain rice, vegetable of the day and a lemon wedge $21

 

"Rub It Right" NY Strip Our 12-oz. hand cut Certified Angus Beef NY strip is rubbed with the locally made Rub It Right seasoning (Leominster, MA). Steak is grilled to order and served with brown butter smashed red skin potatoes and tonight's vegetable. $19

Lobster Roll Nothing but lobster, a little mayo (a little!), white pepper, salt and lemon juice, on a buttered and grilledNew England style hot dog bun with green leaf lettuce. $13

 

Salmon Burger Grilled salmon burger (salmon, Dijon, shallots, breadcrumbs, parsley, mayo, lemon juice and egg) isplaced on a buttered and grilled hamburger bun with melted Havarti dill cheese, green leaf lettuce and mayo on the side. $11

 

Hot Italian Thick Crust Pizza Our house made pizza dough, topped with a garlic and olive oil base, then our three cheese

blend with ham, salami, pepperoni, basil and cherry peppers. $10

Waffle is warmed and topped with choice of ice cream and topped with chocolate or strawberries, whipped cream and a maraschino cherry. $5

 

Strawberry Shortcake

Strawberries in their own juice with sugar added over a biscuit

Black raspberry, vanilla or chocolate ice cream with

chocolate sauce or strawberries, whipped cream

Lemon & Mixed Berry Mascarpone Cake

A berry-filled moist white cake layered with light and fluffy Mascarpone filling. Served with blackberry ice cream and whipped cream. $6

 

Chocolate Lava Cake

Warm chocolate cake with a melted chocolate ganache

center. Served with vanilla ice cream and garnished

with whipped cream. $6

 

 

About Gardner Ale House

Gardner Ale House is the only brewpub & restaurant in Worcester County. It is a family style pub and restaurant featuring fresh, bistro style food in an upscale setting. The brewery offers several distinctive, house made brews and continues to develop new recipes.

 

The restaurant distinguishes itself through the use of fresh, unfrozen and unprocessed products. Menu selections are both ordinary and eclectic, but always of a high quality and very interesting.
