House pizza dough is prepared with an oil base and topped with triple blend pizza cheese (provolone, asiago and mozzarella), corned beef, sauteed cabbage with onions and garlic and sliced Swiss cheese. Pizza is then oven-baked and drizzled with yellow mustard.
