Chicken breast is marinated in our house made stout teriyaki, grilled & sliced, and tossed with a sauté of garlic, ginger, broccoli, fresh red peppers, matchstick carrots in butter, and trottole pasta.  Served with garlic bread.

Slow roasted turkey is sliced and topped with turkey gravy and served with Ale House brown butter smashed red skin potatoes and today's vegetable.
