Course 1 - Oma's Altbier
Psychedelic Soup (Don't Worry!)
A pair of creamy spring soups - Carrot Ginger Miso & Minted Pea - mingled in a single bowl. Garnished with fresh mint, crushed pistachio and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
Course 2 - Summer's End
Lemon Shrimp Stuffed Artichoke Bottom
Tender artichoke bottom is topped with lemon & butter sautéed shrimp and herbed panko stuffing; and baked. Served with braised artichoke heart and drizzled with beurre blanc.
Course 3 - Nightcrawler Black IPA
Sesame Salmon in Lettuce Cup with Spicy Peanut Sauce
Fresh Atlantic salmon is processed with tamari, scallions, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and formed into balls and coated with black & white sesame seeds. Salmon is baked and served in lettuce cups with a salad of carrot, Persian cucumber, Serrano chile and cilantro. Dish is topped with spicy peanut sauce.
INTERMISSION
Course 4 - Vienna Lager
Miso Yaki Halibut
Mirin and Miso marinated halibut steak is baked and served over a warm salad of blanch shaved asparagus and slow roasted beets tossed with fresh basil, cilantro, mint, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
Course 5 - Chocolate Porter
Rhubarb Shortcake
Fresh rhubarb is diced and tossed with sugar, red wine, vanilla bean and then slow roasted. Served over fresh house biscuits with vanilla whipped cream and a drizzle of Chocolate Porter sauce.
