Round 1 Audition Results were emailed to all flute/clarinet participants on May 9 and all strings participants on May 10. If you did not receive an email please do the following before contacting AYPO:
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Ask your parent/child (sometimes only one email address was given on the application)
- Make sure that you did not provide an incorrect email address on the application and the email bounced (contact auditions@aypo.org right away)
If none of the above solve your issue, email auditions@aypo.org. Please allow up to 3 business days for a reply. We are unable to take phone calls at this time due to the high number of applicants involved with auditions. In accordance with AYPO policy, results will not be available by phone and judges' comments are not available. All decisions of the artistic and administrative staff are final. Please make sure you are available for Round 2, should you qualify [schedule].
Preparatory level strings: there are excerpts posted and ready for download from TWO pieces of music [www.aypo.org/auditions/excerpts.php]

Lost & Found
AYPO staff members will not bring lost & found items on a weekly basis to rehearsals; items will be kept at the administrative office. To claim items, contact the AYPO office (manager@aypo.org) and include a description. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity at the end of the season in June.
