Round 1 Auditions: Saturday, April 27, Kilmer Middle School
Schedule with specific time emailed to all participants on April 17
If you did not get an email please check your spam/junk folder, ask your parent/child (sometimes only one email address was given), or email auditions@aypo.org as soon as possible. The following musicians should be auditioning in Round 1 (all others automatically advance to Round 2):
- New applicants (not in AYPO during the 2012-2013 season) on the Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass, Flute, and Clarinet. All other new applicants proceed to Round 2. If applicant auditions at the advanced level in Round 1 and does not qualify for Round 2, the applicant might be offered the opportunity to audition at the preparatory level in Round 2.
- Current AYSE and AYCO musicians on the Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass, Flute, and Clarinet who wish to move up into one of the advanced level orchestras (AYSO and AYP). If applicant auditions at the advanced level in Round 1 and does not qualify for Round 2, the applicant might be offered the opportunity to audition at the preparatory level in Round 2.

AYPO staff members will not bring lost & found items on a weekly basis to rehearsals; items will be kept at the administrative office. To claim items, contact the AYPO office (manager@aypo.org) and include a description. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity at the end of the season in June.

Celebrate Your Senior with a Grad Ad! [Download Form]

As we draw near the end of the season, AYPO offers a way for you to celebrate your senior with a grad ad! AYPO provides affordable advertising space in the final concert program of the season on June 2, 2013. Grad ads are a great keepsake for seniors, as they become alumni of AYPO! Download the form for details as well as examples of previous grad ads. All materials are due by Friday, May 10. Contact Michelle Wallace anytime with questions (information below) and she would be happy to help you!
