AYPO Board of Directors Seeking Nominations for Membership
Dear Parents,
As our Nominating Committee begins its work to find outstanding members of the community to serve on the AYPO Board (a two-year term), we would greatly appreciate your recommendations.
We strive to make AYPO the best possible program for our young musicians. To achieve this goal, we seek new board members with strong backgrounds in finance, marketing, and fundraising, as well as corporate decision-makers, who can open doors for us. We also need parents who are dedicated to moving the organization forward.
So, I ask each of you to nominate people who you think would be an asset to AYPO. Please give thoughtful consideration to your nominations and then download the form and send to Linda Burke, Chair of the Nominating Committee, at llburke@fcps.edu.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, March 15, 2013.
Thank you for your help and support of AYPO's mission!
Regards,
Margaret Adams
President, Board of Directors
