Volunteers Needed for March 3 Concert!Volunteers are needed for the upcoming "Tones of Triumph" concert on Sunday, March 3. Volunteers can be parents from any of the four orchestras as well as siblings/friends (at least 14 years old). It is best to avoid having String Ensemble parents volunteer for certain positions since their children will be performing first. Here are some details about the roles: Sunday, March 3, 3:00 p.m. | Kenmore- Ticket Sales before and during concert (2:00-3:30 p.m.)
- Ticket Collection before and during concert (2:00-3:30 p.m.)
- Merchandise Sales before concert and at intermission (2:00-3:00, 3:30-3:45 p.m.)
- Photographer at AYSE Sound Check (1:15-2:15 p.m.) and/or March 2 dress rehearsals (see below for schedule)

NEW! Online Absence Form
AYPO just made it easier for you to report an absence! Simply go to the online form in the Members section (see below for details about the updated login system) and enter the required information. Email confirmation will be sent to the address given, so you can feel confident knowing that the AYPO office received the report.

AYSE Case Storage and Vending Machines Please note that we will no long be using rooms 108 and 110 for case storage. Your instrument cases should go under your chair or in the back of Hertzler.
The vending machines are off-limits to students. Please bring a snack from home if you wish to have food but remember that it may only be eaten in the hallway. Students are also to use the bathrooms near the cafeteria and not the Auditorium.

AYPO updated the Member login section of the website. The original passwords DO NOT work; in order to gain access, you will need to follow these steps to request a new password:
1. Go to www.aypo.org/members/forgot.php and enter your username given to you at the beginning of the season or the musician's email address.
2. You will receive an email (at the email address of the musician) indicating the new password. Go back to the login page and enter that new password.
3. Once logged in, there is a new page for you to create your own password (optional): www.aypo.org/members/reset.php
