Join AYPO at Barnes & Noble!
Wednesday, December 12, 4:00-8:00 p.m. AYPO is hosting a book fair fundraiser at Barnes & Noble on Wednesday, December 12, 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. This event will take place at the Barnes & Noble store at 12193 Fair Lakes Promenade Drive in Fairfax. Do your holiday shopping and support all of the great AYPO programs! Bring your friends so that they can hear the students perform and learn more about AYPO! AYPO musicians will be needed to perform for B&N customers. Volunteers are also needed to do face painting, assist in crafting activities with children, wrap gifts, and assist as needed. AYPO will sign for service hours for student volunteers. Musicians may perform solos or play in small ensembles. Space is limited, so ensembles will be limited to 5 musicians or less, and there will be no piano available. Students from any of the AYPO orchestras may perform. Look out for a Signupgenius request for volunteers. Visit, volunteer, shop, and enjoy the holiday activities! If you can't make it on December 12, you can shop online Dec. 12-17 using the Bookfair ID 10814960 at checkout. Please contact Eva Ngai at eva.ngai@gmail.com if you have any questions.
