7 Hrs. Appraisal CE & RECE

Think USPAP is boring? Not in this class! This seven hour course is the National USPAP class all appraisers must take for license renewal. It is presented in a way that will capture your interest and bring real life scenarios into an interactive discussion. We will discuss how to handle those revision requests from clients and when some requests become a "new assignment". We will discuss Scope of Work issues, when prior service disclosures are required, competency statements and AMC issues.  What are the most challenging issues facing the profession today? We will be discussing these issues and many more! (Course fee includes USPAP Book and Student Manual)

The number of complaints against appraisers has

increased due to the Dodd-Frank legislation Appraisers have found themselves in defensive positions and liability has increased significantly due to "scope creep". This course talks about the types complaints that appraisers are defending themselves against, how appraisers can ward off a complaint, and how to possibly even prevent a complaint from occurring in the first place.
