The PAR® Residential Agreement of Sale is the "standard" form in the Commonwealth.  Real Estate Professionals need to know this form, and its nuances, to assist residential buyers and sellers. Just a few of the topics that will be covered:
 - Does the PAR form offer addenda for unusual situations?

- Why isn't the Seller's Disclosure Form a part of the contract?

This class is an elective CE class for licensees who were licensed before December 1, 2013 you may take any elective continuing education you would like. You must complete 14 hours by May 31, 2016.
