Board of Directors Election

This election is for three open Director positions on the BCAR Board of Directors for the term of 2015-2017. 

 

BCAR By-Laws require that, although there are three candidates for three positions, voting must occur.  Votes can be submitted electronically or by paper ballot at BCAR Headquarters, 1452 Old York Rd, Warminster, Pennsylvania. 

 

There are three candidates, Anne Costello, Scott Geller and Lynn Sharer. You may vote for up to three candidates. 

 

Voting will take place from September 15-October 3, 2014.  The new Directors will be introduced at the BCAR Expo on October 8, 2014 at the Radisson Hotel, Trevose, Pennsylvania at a General Membership meeting scheduled for 11 AM.

Halloween Party October is REALTORS® Reach Out Month!  The Reach Out Committee is looking for members to help with Halloween Parties at the Bucks County Housing Group:

October 23 at 5pm - Doylestown Homeless Shelter on October 25 at 11am - Morrisville Low-Income Housing Complex

Join Rob Lunny of Lunny Environmental for an informative presentation on Stucco.

This presentation on Stucco will cover...what happened? Why did it happen? What do we do now?

There is a lot of mis-informatioin about stucco systems and testing.  This presentation will answer all the questions you have to help you get thse stucco homes to settlement!  There will be visual aids and even a short video of an actual invaive test being performed.
Rob is certified by the only two organization in the country that certify stucco inspectors.
