A Director's Perspective

This is the second in a series of interviews with members of the Bucks County Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.  This interview is with BCAR President-Elect Alex Shnayder.

 

How long have you served as a Director of BCAR?

I have served as a Director since 2011.


 

What prompted you to seek election?

I am inquisitive by nature so I wanted to see what goes on at these Board meetings. I sat quietly in the back of the room for a few Board meetings. While I was pleasantly surprised to find out it wasn't some secret Papal Conclave and everyone there was welcoming to me being there; it did seem to me that the board make up was not completely representative of all our members.  Given the opportunity I wanted to provide some fresh perspective to the Board and our membership as a whole.

Murder-suicide disclosure: implications of the court's decision
