The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) invites members to take part in a safety webinar, "Personal Safety is all about you," on Tues., June 3 at 3 p.m.

The free NAR Realtor® Safety webinar, presented by Sergeant Preston Taylor, will discuss personal safety as it relates to work, home, and travel. Even though you cannot eliminate all possibility of becoming a victim, there are steps you can take to reduce the odds, NAR said.  Preston is a police officer in Northern Michigan with over 17 years of experience in law enforcement. He is certified in several different areas of defensive tactics and is a lead instructor at Northwestern Michigan College's Police Academy.

Backpacks, 2" binders, notebook paper, composition books, pocket folders, pencils, crayons, colored pencils, glue sticks, book sox, colored markers, pencil cases, pens, pocket tissues, stickers, assignment books, 3x5 lined index cards, red & black sharpies, highlighters, calendar, calculators (able to do algebraic functions), and flash drives. 

 

Filled backpacks will be donated to Bucks County Housing Group's Homeless Shelters in Milford Square, Doylestown, Penndel, Bensalem and Low Income Housing in Morrisville.   The Reach Out Committee will be filling backpacks on Tuesday, August 5 at 11am...volunteers are welcome.
