IMPORTANT REALTOR ALERT

We have been alerted by the Chalfont Borough Police Department that serial thefts of jewelry and prescription drugs have occurred during several recent open houses in the Chalfont area.  In addition, this person has claimed to fall at other open house events. The police have a woman they would like to question in relation to these incidents.  That person is a white female approximately 5' 5" or more in height, heavyset with dark brown or black, curly, should-length hair.  She may wear brown or red wire-rimmed glasses and perhaps a cast. She also could be wearing burnt orange or dark tan slip-on shoes.  She is known to be accompanied by a female child between 9-12 years of age.  She may also wear a large diamond ring and drive a newer white SUV.  She has listed her name as "Heather Quinn" and "Heather Morris" and spoke of desiring to find a home for her mother, who is from the New Hope area.  She has also mentioned that she is from Jenkintown, and the child spoke of attending a Jenkintown school.

If you believe this person is attending one of your open houses please contact Officer Albillar of the Chalfont Police Department as soon as you can do so without bringing notice to yourself.  The Officer's cell phone number is 480-628-1313.  You can also text him at that number but please include a subject line that includes words relating to the open house thefts.
