Special Notice of Director Election

With the election of Director Maryellen O'Brien to the position of Vice-President, and the resignation of Director Chuck Cosgrove, two (2) Director positions have become open on the BCAR Board. 

BCAR By-Laws section 11.6 specifies that vacancies among the Board are filled by a simple majority vote of the Board of Directors.  The replacement Director will serve out the term of the Director they are replacing.  

The term of one vacant Director position expires in one year, at the end of 2014. 

The term of the second Director position expires in two years, at the end of 2015.

All nominations must be received by January 24, 2014 in order to be considered.
