What unique strengths and insights will I bring to the BCAR Board? I have a vast amount of experience as both a salesperson as well as from a managerial perspective which I feel can translate into supporting many goals that the board of directors is trying to accomplish. As my children were growing up I took on many leadership roles in their lives and I feel now is the time for me to do the same for my profession.
What are the most important issues BCAR should address in the coming year? Giving a great deal of credit to the staff at BCAR for trying I still feel that a lot of our membership is not effectively using the tools and programs offered to them and we need to improve communications. Providing education to our membership on the values of supporting RPAC is key to meeting our financial goals. As in the past, lock boxes are always an issue.

What unique strengths and insights will I bring to the BCAR Board? In addition to being a Realtor I am also an Attorney and a Township Supervisor. This gives me the unique perspective of understanding the many issues that Realtors face from both a legal perspective as well as a governmental perspective, in addition to seeing the issues through the eyes of a Realtor. What are the most important issues BCAR should address in the coming year? I believe it's important for the Association to continue it's support of the issues that matter most to our members, as well as be proactive towards the issues that they may face in the future. For example, BCAR supports it's members with access to SUPRA keys and boxes, but must also look at the future of where this technology is heading. I also believe that continuing with quality and timely educational forums is an important asset to our members.

Sheree McGarry What unique strengths and insights will I bring to the BCAR Board? My strengths are that I am a "people" person. I do not mind hard work. I follow through with things. I do not like loose ends. I am a mother of four children, that speaks for itself. My insights come from talking and being involved at my office. I attend most office/sales meetings and I am aware of some of the issue REALTORS have today. What are the most important issues BCAR should address in the coming year? The issues that I would like to see challenged are the Suprakey and TREND. The Suprakey is extremely expensive. I do believe it is a tool of our trade and I do have one, but I do not like it. TREND, I don't know any REALTOR who does not have a complaint. For the most part TREND is wonderful but there are some issues that truly need to be addressed. Click here for Sheree's resume |

What unique strengths and insights will I bring to the BCAR Board? I believe that my leadership skills and relationships that I have built within the Real Estate Community over my 17 yrs. of experience is a positive one. I am a forward thinker which will be a great asset to the Board. Problem solving is another attribute that I have and I don't mind helping others find a solution. Being a team player is very important to me. We are here to help each other succeed.
What are the most important issues BCAR should address in the coming year? Agents need to see the value of being part of BCAR and what is provided to the agent population in today's complex fast paced business environment. Electronic Keys have been an issue for years and should be addressed again as the industry changes.
