RPAC's Weekly Top 10 Countdown
WHY SUPPORT RPAC? At every level of government, your investment in the REALTORS Political Action Committee (RPAC) is protecting your business. RPAC ensures REALTORS have a seat at the table when legislation affecting real estate sales and property rights is introduced. Flood Insurance. RPAC was recently successful in pushing through a five-year extension of funding for the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Prior to this five-year agreement, Congress had to vote each year on whether to continue funding the program, resulting in several disastrous lapses in program funding. The NFIP is essential to real estate sales in many areas of Pennsylvania, and especially along the rivers and creeks in Bucks County.
