Making fire sprinklers a choice, not a mandate. Pennsylvania's adoption of 2009 international building codes mandated expensive fire sprinklers in all new residential construction. This "unfunded mandate" would have made home ownership much more expensive throughout the state. Fortunately, RPAC was able to successfully push through state legislation that strips out this mandate and makes fire sprinklers a consumer choice in Pennsylvania.

Buyer's Deposit Paid by a Friend

When the agreement is accepted that check goes into the broker's escrow account.
