More importantly, a home warranty can help to get you through after inspection negotiations, help take care of any issues that arise during a walk through, and make it easier to get to the settlement table on time. We will discuss the process of offering and negotiating a home warranty for your clients, the ordering process, and all of the ways that a home warranty reduces your after sale liability.
