Buyer terminated for Lack of Mortgage Commitment - Agent Malpractice?

It's funny, but after suffering a market in which sellers had trouble giving away their homes, the Hotline is now getting calls about sellers who seek to get out of their agreements of sale. There have always been sellers, usually older, who come to grips with the reality of moving out of familiar homes only after signing an agreement. But why there is an increase in cold-footed sellers is beyond me.

Board of Director Nominations
Nominations are now being accepted for four Director positions on the BCAR Board for a three-year term beginning January, 2014. Nominations must be submitted on a 2014 BCAR Nomination form, which can be found here. The form outlines the qualifications necessary for nomination as a Director, along with the responsibilities of a Director.
Both pages of the form must be completed and the signed form must be returned to the BCAR office by email, mail, personal delivery or fax by September 1.
Voting will occur from September 13 through October 7. On October 9, during the annual BCAR REALTOR® Expo, a meeting of the General Membership will be held and the results of the election will be announced. |

What's New with zipForms!
zipLogix has begun to release beta access to current zipForm 6 Professional users building toward the full release. During the beta test period individual users are encouraged to submit feedback within the zipForm Plus interface.zipLogix announces
