HUD Seminar & FHA 203K Workshop
Date: Wednesday, April 17
Time: 10am- 2:30pm
Location: BCAR, 1452 Old York Rd, Warminster
Important HUD seminar we've ever presented due to the many changes that have just been put in place. Great door prizes including 2 HD color TV's. Presenter Ronald Rudolph, a HUD listing broker for the 5 county area and New Jersey. Ron has trained over 7K licensed agents in both PA, NJ & Las Vegas and has closed over 3K HUD transactions. There's lots of commission money out there to be made as the HUD inventory has increased in our 5 county area.
Presenter David Levy of Wells Fargo Mortgage, the "GO TO GUY" for FHA 203K mortgages, will do a step by step presentation on how to put together a 203K package and, also, new conventional re-hab programs.
The HUD seminar will go over step by step the bid process, how to register as a HUD authorized selling agent, navigating the new www.hudhomestore.com & the in's and out's of getting your offer accepted, the new counter offer program and getting to the closing table. A BUCKS COUNTY agent recently did his first HUD transaction. SOLD a property in Paoli for $90,000. Earned $2700 commission. Total time= 3.5 hours including travel time. That's almost $900 an hour for his efforts.
Reservations are made by email: pahudhomes@aol.com with your name, company name & cell phone. Seating is limited to the first 65 agents. |
