VITALITY VESPERS: SPIRITUAL MEDITATION & CONVERSATION FOR CLERGY

Clergy are invited to be part of a monthly informal gathering to pray, meditate and talk about what it's like to be a parish minister in 2013. The first meeting is Wednesday March 13 at 1:00. Each month, we will explore a topic related to vitality. Come when you are available.  Contact Laurene Bowers  if you plan to attend March 13.

BELL CHOIR FLASH MOB

Becky Boone, our conference board secretary and a board member of Fort Hunter's association is looking for churches that have bell choirs and would like to be part of this. BACK BAY MISSION TRIP CALENDAR OPEN FOR 2014

Back Bay Mission, a community ministry of the UCC, has opened its Mission Trips calendar for 2014. While some congregations and groups have already reserved slots in 2014, many dates remain open. Some dates in 2013 are also available. Supervised by dedicated Back Bay Mission staff, Mission Trip volunteers accomplish housing rehabilitation tasks that result in incredible neighborhood revitalization that would otherwise be impossible. Volunteers also participate in other programs, such as the food pantry and Micah Day Center for the homeless. To learn more, visit www.thebackbaymission.org or contact Church Relations Associate Christopher Marlin-Warfield  (228.243.5322).
