We three women have been supporting each others' efforts for years. Little did we know that we would release the document on the same day the President proposed his gun safety plans, with a special emphasis on mental health. Then, let's design engagement (benefits? health records?) and production (PCMH, ACO, and much more) and payment (outcomes-based, bundled, other?) that promote the improved health.
