How's the Market?
August, 2016

Can't believe it's already the second week in August - I'm finally getting the newsletter out.   Took a week of vacation last week and went to Maine for the first time in my life.   (Working on my bucket list item to see all 50 states. Maine = 49th state!).   Must say, I found it rather enchanting and definitely worth another visit! The weather was phenomenal!

Now as the summer winds down and everyone gets ready for the school year, the market tends to quiet as well.  Although, it has so far been a pretty busy month from what I can tell!

Hope you are enjoying the last days of summer as much as I am!

There can be a perpetual struggle between realtors and their clients, who are selling their homes.

Sellers in our market continue to believe that the real estate market has recovered.  Therefore they should be able to recoup the cost of their homes + market appreciation.
