What a wonderful summer we have been having.  My garden looks great -- maybe even a little dry; I don't think I've had a single mosquito bite yet this summer (that's a first) and the sky is blue for a beautiful 4th of July weekend. How lucky are we?

For those of you who enjoy seeing gardens as much as I do, check out Open Days with Garden Conservancy.  It looks like there are going to be some wonderful ones to see on the North Shore on July 17th.

I suppose the biggest news of the month was the unexpected Brexit vote.   Like anything that impacts the financial markets, it will have a domino effect on housing.  In the short term, mortgage rates dropped.  Long term?  I don't know ... time will tell.
