How's the Market?
June, 2016

Wow -- June really is busting out all over.  What amazing weather we have had these last few days!

This is a time when the market generally relaxes a little bit.  People are definitely out looking but as spring moves into summer, the numbers aren't quite as many. Graduations; getting off to summer camp, end of school year activities tend to occupy at lot of people's time.

Perhaps some of you know -- particularly those from Lake Forest -- 2016 marks the 100th year of Market Square.  A number of great events and lectures have been planned.  You might want to check out the Lake Forest - Lake Bluff Historical Society exhibit Market Squared: Ten Decades of Business and Beauty celebrating the 100th anniversary of Market Square. The exhibit will be up throughout the summer and fall in the shop windows of Market Square and the East Lake Forest Train Station.

Have you seen the segment on The Ellen DeGeneres Show about real estate?

I hadn't seen it, when someone sent me a segment about Realtors and their personal ads.

It was very funny. In case you haven't seen it, check it out on YouTube....
