Despite the weather, I really do love January.  There is something so fresh and alive about beginning a new year -- hopeful expectations.   Perhaps 2016 is the year that all my sellers will have their homes sell expeditiously and stress-free; my buyers will be able to move to the home of their dreams and the lenders will be efficient and helpful...

One can always hope -- that's the beauty of January!
