Ganeinu with Morah Tamara

In Ganeinu we are learning the names of the colors in Hebrew as well as some color theory. We put our color theory and knowledge to use today and made some paper chaverim (friends) all decked out in adom (red), catom (orange), tzahov (yellow), yarok (green), cachol (blue) and varod (pink).

      Music Class with Mrs. Cherepinski

"Tradition, tradition! Tradition!" You may hear students singing these lyrics in the halls of our school as they prepare for the spring performance of Fiddler on the Roof (May 28, during the Celebration
of Learning).  Earlier in the year students learned
various music theory concepts, such as tempo and dynamics, and performance skills, such as sight singing and stage presentation. As they prepare for Fiddler, they are incorporating this knowledge into the performance process.
