Prayer for February

Gracious God
You sent us Your Son to show us the way to you.

Grant us the wisdom to live out his Beatitudes according to the gifts we have been given.

Give us the courage to be good stewards of the Gospel and fervent disciples.

And show us how to recognize that through his gift of the Eucharist there is one bread, and we are one body; that we live no longer for ourselves, but in Jesus Christ who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever.

Outreach Ministries
Our Outreach Ministries give Saint Pius X parishioners the opportunity to share the faith and resources with those in need, both within the parish and in the broader community. Building on the Church's strong tradition of reaching out to others, these ministries provide critical emotional and financial support.

Special News
AngelusPray the Angelus
With the new church bells ringing on a daily basis, we celebrate a new opportunity for daily prayer at noon each day: the Angelus.  Whether you can hear the bells ring, or not, all are invited to stop and pray the Angelus daily, reminding us of the Annunciation, when the angel Gabriel appeared to Mary with great news!  As we read in Chapter One of Luke's Gospel, (Luke 1:26-38) God wished Mary, truly a model of humility, to be the mother of His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ!

Saint Pius School K-8 students will join the community in this prayer tradition, stopping all classroom activities to pray the Angelus at noon each day.
