Thanksgiving Feast Notes!
PARKING/ENTERING THE BUILDING
Please park in the Rectory, South or Northwest parking lot and enter through the Parish Education Center (school) doors (not the parish). Use the main doors or the South doors near the concession stand.
GUEST CHECK-IN
Please check in with the greeters in the school lobby. You will be escorted to a waiting area in the new gym until it is time to join your child! (Reminder: guest seating reservations are required. Click HERE to reserve your seat.)
DISMISSAL
12:30-1:00 p.m.-Students will be dismissed as we do during the first few days of the school year. Parents/guardians will go directly to each child's classroom and sign them out.
AFTER SCHOOL CARE
There will be no After School Care on Wednesday, November 23, 2016.

Grades 6/7/8: 11:10 a.m. - 11:40 a.m.
Grades 2/3: 11:50 a.m. - 12:20 p.m.

 Dial My Calls
Emergency Call System at Saint Pius School
In the event of an emergency, Saint Pius X School will use the DialMyCalls system to notify all families of the situation. This calling system is reserved to communicate a delayed start, a closing or emergency situation.
In addition, information will be emailed direct to all families, posted on the school website and conveyed to all local media channels when possible.

 Giving Tree 2016
Take a tag and share with a family in need this Christmas. Tags will be available at the back of church beginning this weekend, November 19/20. Contact Tara Schmitt, tschmitt@stpius.net, to see how you can help provide a meal or purchase gifts for a family in need this Christmas!

 Spiritual Buddies
Students will again participate in "Spiritual Buddies" this year. Once a month, older students are paired with younger students to sit with during Mass and enjoy an activity together. A favorite program across the school, "Spiritual Buddies" has become a tradition at Saint Pius School!

 Substitute Teachers Wanted

Admissions Information
High School Placement Test-Saturday November 19. Arrive at 8:30 p.m. Testing begins at 9:00 a.m. No reservation required unless a student has an IEP, LIP or CaLp and would like to use extended time for test. Testing fee: $20.
Parent Question and Answer Session-During the placement test, parents may stay for a brief session covering admissions and tuition assistance information. Session begins at 9:00 a.m.
