Back-to-School Paperwork!

On the first day of school, your child brought home a white back-to-school packet with the required forms for the start of the school year.  Please review and complete these forms, and turn them in to the school office no later than Tuesday, September 2.

Thank you!
Afternoon Dismissal:
And We're Off!

A few notes for end of the day dismissal:

-We will be re-assigning some of you next week, to even out the lines and ultimately expedite the process. Please watch for an email with the new assignment information.

-Please pull as close as possible to the car in front of you, so everyone has room!

-Once children begin to enter the lots, please turn off your vehicle for safety reasons.

-If you are in the late area of the North Lot, PLEASE do not back-up and turn around to exit the lot via Fir Road.  This poses a very dangerous situation.  Please remain in the late lot area and wait your turn to exit the north lot with the other families who are waiting their turn.

-South Lot, Line D, includes the two lines furthest to the right of the South Lot.  Please fill the line closest to the basketball hoops first (Southern most line), and when that line is full, begin the next line over.
Cell Phone
Free Building

This year, you will notice signs around the building, like the image to the left.

Students are not allowed to use cell phones in the building from the time they arrive in the morning, until they reach their car to go home in the evening. Students who have phones out during these times will have the phone confiscated and a parent/guardian must retrieve the phone from the school office at the end of the school day. Students will also receive a detention for utilizing a cell phone during these hours.

To preserve the learning environment and model this behavior for our students, all faculty and staff at Saint Pius have been asked not to have cell phones out during the school day.

We ask visitors and volunteers of Saint Pius to help us in modeling this behavior for our students.  Please turn your cell phone to silent and refrain from use while visiting or volunteering at Saint Pius during the school day.

Thank you!
