TABLE TOPICS LUNCHEON FALL SERIES

MEMBERS ONLY

This is the LAST Table Topics of the year. You do not want to miss hearing from one of the Council's friends, Marilyn Stewart!

November Topic:

Re-engineering Your Tomorrow
(To Thine Own Future Be True)

Presented by

Marilyn Stewart
Alcatel-Lucent

Life is wrought with unexpected twists and turns that test resilience. What do you do when you face uncertainty or reach an impasse? According to leading psychologists, these turning points lead to one of two outcomes: progression or regression.

In this presentation, Marilyn Stewart will reveal what launched her on her own journey to take an active role in re-engineering her life path. She will share tips for navigating through a major life shift, discuss how to constantly evolve while being true to the self and foster a candid dialogue by posing the questions:

  • Who am I today?
  • Where do I see myself in the future?
  • Am I setting myself up for success?
  • Am I waiting for change or am I a catalyst for it?

Be prepared to be challenged. If you are not re-engineering how you want your tomorrow to look, you are not being the best person you can be.

Make the most of your WBCS membership by becoming a sponsor. Rachel Sanchez, CEO of Prestige Maintenance USA, explains her experience:

"During our 9 years with the council I have learned that sponsoring events is one of the best ways to promote my business. There are various levels of sponsorship for all major events so it is great option for any WBE large or small. With so many corporate executives attending the WBCS events it's an effective way to spotlight my business. In addition, I always make sure to take advantage of the early commitment bundle package and receive a discount for my membership dues."

And don't forget, if you bundle your 2015 sponsorship by December 15, 2014, you can receive up to a 100% discount on your annual WBCS membership dues!
