Why Management Teams Fail to Execute
And What You Can Do About It

In growing your business, decisions are marked by success or failure. There are four key decision points which are important to get right: people, strategy, execution and cash.

We will focus on execution and how tightening this key decision point has potential to dramatically improve gross margins and profitability.

Paula Fracasso, Professional Business & Life Coach with People Biz, Inc., will present on developing emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is an often misunderstood and misused concept in both the business world and our culture. Emotional intelligence is the ability to relate to emotions in a healthy empowering way.

Many people do not understand our emotions and fall "victim" to thinking emotions are something to control and fear. This leads to unhealthy suppression or an overreaction to the very natural human experience of emotion.

The good news is that people can actively grow their emotional intelligence. There is no limit to the capacity for growing emotionally. Hopefully, this leads to a richer more enjoyable life, the ability to be satisfied and the ability to live in peace regardless of circumstance.

What you will learn from Paula:
  • What is emotional intelligence?
  • E-Motion - what is it?
  • How do we resist this natural intelligence?
  • Simple and easy exercises for creating emotional awareness

Join the Women's Business Council - Southwest for this informative workshop followed by a networking happy hour.

Ernst and Young Entrepreneurial Winning Women™

The EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ program is a national competition and executive leadership program that identifies a select group of high-potential women entrepreneurs whose businesses show real potential to scale - and then helps them do it.

Winners join a customized executive leadership program, designed to help their companies grow rapidly, with year-round educational and networking opportunities. Additionally, they are welcomed into EY's vast network of successful entrepreneurs and potential financial partners.

Results show that the program is spurring rapid growth. According to an independent impact study directed by the Babson College Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership, revenues of program participants' companies have grown almost 50% each year on average, with a corresponding 25% average annual growth in the number of jobs.

Tomorrow, May 30th, is the last day to apply; this is an opportunity you don't want to miss!
