HAPPY Easter & Passover!!
(Gallery closed for Sunday)

"If you always do what you always did - you'll always get what you always got." Unknown
This is the time of year for new beginnings and new hope and energy.  If year after year you keep saying that you wish things would change and you would make time to do those creative things that would make you happy- well I hope you never say it again.  Change is hard for many people, they tend to grab onto the familiar because they are scared of the unknown.  "What if I try to do something creative and it is no good?  What if the truth about me is I have nothing special to offer the world and if I step out and try, everyone will know it?  I don't think I could handle that kind of rejection." I have this to say to that; What if that lie in your head wins and on your last day on earth you look back at your life wishing you had the guts to go for it when you had the chance? The truth is vulnerability is what makes you grow.. You overcome your fears and your inner light shines brighter and brighter as you break down all the bullies in your head.  The truth is, there will always be someone who has taken the time to learn to paint or sing or dance or write or do any other art form and so they have progressed and sure they will be better than you.  You won't find out what you can do till you do the work.. and the work will feed your soul and help you connect to the world the way your heart is seeking to connect.  Find your niche- test things out... learn an intrument or to take photos or draw, whatever.. and you will become the king of the hill in your own head..
It's your life, don't let self doubt bully you anymore..
And for those of you who keep on seeing the fine details of life and the expansive concepts and translating them into art... thank you!!!  Don't stop! Change the world, one work of art at a time!
Cheers!
