Greetings Rhode Island Artists!
You are invited to join riArtists.com, an exciting website developed especially for you, as a means of showing and selling your art. Upon joining, you will have an immediate online presence, you will be affiliated with other established artists, and your name and artwork will gain exposure through our advertising and promotion.
Our mission is to stimulate business within Rhode Island's art community and bring attention to the abundance of creative talent we have here. We aim to create the largest inventory of local artwork you'll find in one place, and to become a one stop shopping source, providing a comprehensive view of the best of what's available statewide.
riArtists.com is a unique concept that does not currently exist in Rhode Island. The difference between this website and other sources for art is that our offering isn't limited to a single art gallery or art association's inventory.
The founder of riArtists.com is Ellen Waxman, owner of Five Main, a long established art gallery in Wickford, Rhode Island. On an ongoing basis she reviews art, and will curate the website with the goal of maintaining a high quality mix, reflecting the rich artistic talent within our state.
An added bonus... Works listed on riArtists.com are reviewed regularly to source art for prestigious exhibits within the Rhode Island State House and the US Senators offices in Washington DC. If you would like your works to be considered for the upcoming shipment to Washington, DC please contact us by email before March 15 and we will send more detailed information.
