Call for Art for the Rite Aid Window

Greetings!

Hello Fellow Juried Artists,

It's that time again to change the WAA art exhibit in the RiteAid front window.
As usual, it's hard to get artwork to display so I appreciate an pieces you'd like to exhibit.
The theme is WINTER so please only bring pieces that fit the season.
Very small pieces (under 11x14 frame) and very large pieces (over 24" wide) do not work in this exhibit.
Email or call me if you have questions.

If you have a piece in the current exhibit, I'll be emailing you when you can pick them up at the gallery.
I will be sure to have all the pieces available no later than the Sunday reception on the 13th.

You must be a WAA Juried Artist to do this.
All pieces must be properly framed / matted and be for sale.
Artwork will hang in the window until beginning of April, when it will change to a spring theme.

Please bring any artwork to the gallery on Tuesday the 8th or contact me for other arrangements
I will be there during the day with the Tuesday Artist group.
The exhibit will be installed some time this week.
I will need time to make all the appropriate signs and labels for artwork.

Be sure to attach a note on the back telling me the following information:
          Title of Work
          Medium Used
          Artist's Name
          Selling Price

As usual the gallery will get a 30% commission and they will handle the selling of piece.
You will receive a check for the gallery for the sale.

Feel free to email or call me with any questions.
Thanks.

PS:  Since I'm the new festival director of the Wickford Art Festival, I'll need somebody to
replace me as the coordinator of this exhibit.  It's not a lot of work, just a few emails and a few
trips to the RiteAid; and that's only once every 3 months.

Please contact me if you'd consider taking this over. Thanks.  BL
