She had always carried a camera--beginning with a box camera as a child. It wasn't until the late 70's that she became interested in photography as an art form. Anne first discovered her creative talents when she purchased her first 35mm camera, especially receiving a portrait lens. She states "it brings everything right to you. You can see the reality of what you are dealing with." When asked what inspires her to keep herself motivated, Anne shares that being in a community of artists helps a person thrive. As a former president for four years, Anne has played a very important role in the development of the Wickford Art Association. We will always treasure her contributions. ! !
