Daniels Training Services

February 2012 - Volume 2

Greetings!

The second half of February was another busy month for me and Daniels Training Services.  Of the articles in this newsletter I advise you to pay special attention to the one about identifying your HazMat Employees.  It is an aspect of the regulations often overlooked by those in industry.

A question any EHS Manager must be able to answer.  Identifying your HazMat Employees is the first - and most important -step in complying with the Hazardous Material Regulations of the PHMSA. More...

Cradle to Grave Under RCRA & CERCLA.

You may be familiar with the term "Cradle to Grave" but perhaps you don't understand the full extent of your responsibilities and liabilities whenever you dispose of a hazardous waste or a hazardous substance.  Read here for a complete explanation and learn how to protect yourself.

What is Daniels Training Services?

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Dan Stoehr and just over a year ago I left a good job to start my own business - this business.  My goal is to provide high quality training in the areas of hazardous material transportation and hazardous waste management. If you generate a hazardous waste, and therefore require training per 40 CFR 265.16, you will also need training for your HazMat Employees per 49 CFR 172, Subpart H.  My training combines both of these in one day.  If you like my newsletter, you'll love my training.
