Waldameer School Picnic

This year's Waldameer picnic will be Thursday, June 2, 2016, immediately following dismissal.

Tickets will go on sale as follows:

3 year old preschool: Tuesday, May 17th

4 year old preschool: Monday, May 16th

Kindergarten through grade 8: Monday, May 23^rd and
Tuesday, May 24^th

The cost of an all day combo pass will be $22.50 per person. The purchase of the combo pass includes the cost of lunch. If you wish to purchase a lunch ticket only, the cost is $3.50. As in the past, we will be located in the West Ballroom shelter.

OLP Summer Program
The Place to BEE this Summer!
June 6, 2016 - August 12, 2016

Our theme this year is "The Place to BEE This Summer!" The program is open to students entering Kindergarten through Eighth grade. We encourage enrollment at the start of the summer. Applications received after the program begins will be accepted on a space available basis.

NEW THIS YEAR! Bricks for Kids will be onsite one day a week to conduct a one-hour mini camp throughout the summer.

Registration forms below may be downloaded and printed or are available in the main office of the school. All three forms must be completed to register for the summer program.

THE 2016 OLP ALL SPORTS LOTTERY BEGINS JUNE 1, 2016

All OLP Student Athletes MUST RETURN their Lottery Tickets-sold/unsold-and collected proceeds by FRIDAY, MAY 27, 2016.

*All OLP Spring Athletes who have sold lottery tickets will have their names entered into the Spring Athletics Thank You Drawing to be held at the end of May.

The OLP Athletic Board would like to thank all of our OLP Student Athletes and their families who have returned their sold Lottery Tickets. Your support with this important fundraiser is greatly appreciated!

Athletic Board Membership

The OLP Athletic Board currently has open seats for its general membership and are setting up interviews for interested candidates. Candidates must be a parent or guardian of a student attending Our Lady of Peace School and should be available to attend the monthly meeting held the first Tuesday of every month. The athletic board's mission is to broaden and enhance the education experience of our students in the Catholic Tradition by supporting their interests in athletics and in preparing the students for future participation in organized sports, while maintaining good sportsmanship.

Fall 2016 Girls' JV Basketball

For any girl currently in 4^th or 5^th grade who has interest in playing JV Basketball next fall (2016-2017 School year), there will be a sign-up meeting during school at 9:00a.m. on Friday, May 13^th.

Please note that Girls JV Basketball is a FALL sport which means open gyms and practices will be starting in the summer, so it is important to attend this meeting so that we can get contact information for all girls who are interested.

Parents, please make sure your daughter has information with her including the best cell phone number and email address to reach you when we send out updates.

Villa Volley Ball Clinic

THE 10th ANNUAL CATHEDRAL PREP BASKETBALL CAMP WILL TAKE PLACE JULY 18 TO JULY 22, 2016, FROM 9-4 PM DAILY. THE COST OF THE CAMP IS $150($130 IF REGISTERED PRIOR TO MAY 1^st.) WHICH INCLUDES CAMP INSTRUCTION, CAMP SHIRT, CAMP BAG, WATER BOTTLE, CAMP BASKETBALL AND LUNCH DAILY.
