Chuck E Cheese donates 15% of the sales generated from this event to your child's school. Friends and family members are encouraged to help support this event.

The Event takes place on April 28, 2016 from 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m.

OLP Summer Program
The Place to BEE this Summer!
June 6, 2016 - August 12, 2016

Our theme this year is "The Place to BEE This Summer!" The program is open to students entering Kindergarten through Eighth grade. We encourage enrollment at the start of the summer. Applications received after the program begins will be accepted on a space available basis.

NEW THIS YEAR! Bricks fro Kids will be onsite one day a week to conduct a one-hour mini camp throughout the summer.

Registration forms below may be downloaded and printed or are available in the main office of the school. All three forms must be completed to register for the summer program.

We are in need of head coach for Girls Varsity Cheerleading for Fall 2016. Please contact Vinnie Padalino if interested. vpadalino@eriesd.org

Track and Field

Thank you to those parents who were able to join us for the information meeting last week! We appreciate your time. We will continue to sign up interested kids this week. We need all forms and payment as soon as possible.

Practice Information:

Sundays at Behrend Track, 2-4 pm

This week: we will practice THURSDAY April 21^st at OLP. Meet by the soccer field.

1^st through 4^th grade: 5:00-5:45 pm
5^th through 8^th grade: 5:45-6:30 pm

If you have kids of different ages, you can pick one session if that helps! We understand that kids participating in other sports may not be able to make it.

Meet dates:

Little Lion Classic, Thursday April 28^th. Parents, please note there is an admission fee of $2 for adults, kids are free. Meet participation fee is $10. Participation depends on level on interest, more info to come.

Prep/Villa will host a meet Friday May 20^th. The Championship meet will be Wednesday June 1^st .

Casino Night

OLP's annual Casino Night will take place at Rainbow Gardens on Saturday April 30, 2016. Doors open at 6pm and the event runs all night with Horse Racing, and several Games of Chance not to mention the Grand Prize drawing. Enjoy these games, food and beverages with your Cash Back admittance ticket. Tickets are available in the OLP Church office.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

Please consider volunteering your time even if only for one hour. The proceeds of this event fund the Parish, School, and Athletics programming. Several stations are in need of Volunteers! The John P. Tramontano Jr. Foundation was established in 1999 to provide scholarships to grade school students so they can attend a school of their choice.
