2016-2017 Registration Reminder

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

At the beginning of January we sent home a registration packet to all current families.

The necessary forms and fees were due into the school office, Wednesday, January 20, 2016. Thank you to the many who replied promptly.

If you have not replied, please do so that we can secure your spot for the upcoming school year. Next Sunday, January 31^st we will hold our annual open house to celebrate Catholic Schools, and registration for the 2016-2017 school year will be open to new families.

2016-2017 School Year Registration

In order to register a NEW student You must have an application and ALL the following accompanying materials:

Birth Certificate

Baptismal Certificate (if baptized somewhere other than OLP)

$50 Registration fee

Immunization Record

Every new student needs to be given the Millcreek Health Forms

Transfer Policy for students entering grades 1 - 8

All new students entering grades 1 - 8 must submit both transcripts and attendance records from their current school to Our Lady of Peace School. An application will not be considered complete until both of these have been received. Once an application is complete, all transfer student files are reviewed by the principal. You will receive word of admission within two weeks (with the exception of the month of July when the principal is not in the building).

January 20, 2016 - Returning Families Registration Form and $50.00 Registration Fee Due

January 31, 2016 - Open Registration for all New Families at Open House 10:0a.m. to 1:00p.m.

March 1, 2016, or April 15, 2016 - Catholic Diocese of Erie Tuition Aid Application Due
