Dress down Coupons

May be used at anytime and should be given to the homeroom teacher when they are used. Please refrain from using them on liturgy days.

A very special thanks to each one of you for participating....lessons learned...

I want to thank you all for the feedback on this new fundraising concept. We had many positive letters sent in and a few that offered ideas for moving forward. Your patience with timing is greatly appreciated. I want to invite you all to send your feedback. You can send it anonymously if you don't feel comfortable voicing your opinion with your name attached to it. Communication is important in order to meet the needs of our families and to clear up any questions you may have. Our hope is that all fundraising at the school is enjoyable and provides you a sense of philanthropy, not a dreaded chore.

Moving forward, the sponsor letters will be sent out this week with the sponsorship request. For those of you who submitted a check with your original cards, you will not receive a sponsor letter asking you again. Once sponsors mail their donations to the school, a running tally for each student will be kept and also a running tally of funds collected for each classroom. The classroom which collects the most money will receive a $500.00 gift card to purchase technology equipment they would like for their room. In the near future, Splash Lagoon registration letters will be sent home in order to submit a guest list to the park. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions via acaldwell@olpcrusaders.org or 838-3548.

FSA Save Around Erie Coupon Books
With the Save Around coupon books we have strived and achieved 100% compliance for four years now.

Unfortunately, we have 15 families that have not turned in their books or orders.  Please, please do so immediately.  We will have to charge those who still have their coupon books, and would rather not have to take those measures.  If you do not want to sell or buy your sample book, please return it in your child's envelope (so they may get credit).  Thus far, we have had incredible success with this sale this year.  I hope to share totals next week. Happy Fall and God bless.  Peacefully, Tina

Should you have questions, please call Tina Vergotz at 835-5046 or email me at  jdvswife@aol.com
